Official Rules and Guidelines

1. Sponsor

This contest is sponsored by 11x12 Solutions Inc. ("Sponsor"). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform.

2. Contest Period

The contest begins on February 14, 2025, at 12:00 AM EST and ends on April 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST (the "Contest Period"). Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents who are homeowners in Toronto and the surrounding areas, including: Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Burlington, Pickering, Ajax, and Whitby
  • Participants must be 18 years of age or older
  • Renters are NOT eligible. Proof of homeownership may be required to claim the prize
  • Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of 11x12 Solutions Inc. are not eligible to enter

4. How to Enter

  1. Visit the contest landing page
  2. Fill out the contest entry form, including First Name, Last Name, Email, and Postal Code
  3. Upload a photo of your backyard
  4. Agree to the official contest rules
  5. Click "Submit Your Entry & WIN!"

Winner Announcement Date: April 30, 2025

Prize Details:

  • The $12,000 Backyard Makeover must be redeemed for services offered by 11x12 Solutions Inc.
  • The $3,000 and $1,000 prizes can be applied toward landscaping, artificial grass, driveways, or outdoor living solutions
  • No cash alternative is available
  • Winners must schedule their project within 6 months of being notified

6. Winner Notification & Claiming Prize

  • Winners will be notified via email within 7 days after the contest ends
  • Winners must respond within 5 days of notification. If a winner does not respond, an alternate winner may be selected
  • Winners may be required to sign a waiver & provide proof of property ownership before claiming the prize
